Unfortunately due to the bulky nature of furniture, some circumstances require a delivery charge – depending on location, product and order size.
Delivery times are arranged in advance, and one of our team will be in contact prior to delivery to make these arrangements. In certain cases, delivery will be made by carrier companies who may also call to book deliveries in with you directly.
Insurance restrictions often mean that only a tailgate delivery is possible. Drivers usually travel alone and it is important that the appropriate amount of help is provided to take the furniture indoors and to its final location.
