Sometimes, the character of a lovely old building dictates an overtly wood look. Sometimes the customer will wish to look only at un-upholstered products, as they’d like a smooth journey with their DAC over their Faculty (Anglican permission for changes).
The SBW and SBH variants use the same excellent, strong, hollow, light weight frame as the SB2M and of course come with the same 10 year guarantee. Both can be stained several different shades (no extra cost) and come with all the same options available (except for the elasticated pocket & square back).
The SBH hybrid (Padded seat/wooden back) like our other hybrid chair offerings, provides most of the comfort of the fully-padded version, but gives a wooden first impression aesthetically. This has proven to be the right recipe for a number of sensitive projects.
